Ekurhuleni: Workers Forum confronts racism and exclusion of South Africans from local jobs

Workers Forum visited firms in Ekurhuleni that employ non–South Africans to demand job opportunities for locals. A security company dominated by Afrikaners blocked our delegation with stun grenades and moved between firms warning them not to open their gates. We condemn the rampant racism at Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality and call for urgent intervention.
